New Machinery / System Integration
Through design
or fabrication of a new packaging system,
ZAC’s goal is to develop a solution that
will meet or exceed your specified criteria.
Every machine ZAC delivers is developed
and manufactured to ensure all specifications
are accomplished.
The systems we provide are technically
sound, user friendly and extremely efficient,
accompanied by world-class documentation and
after-market support.
Machine Rebuilds
Machines are
completely disassembled to the bare frame by a
team of ZAC trained technicians.
Once the frame has been repainted, the
machine is rebuilt with new mechanical parts
and an electrical control system.
Also, options might include
retrofitting the machine with upgraded system
components and/or a new guard package.
Upon completion of the rebuild process,
ZAC will arrange a production run with
approved product to create an output
efficiency report that will meet or exceed
initial OEM specifications.
Machine Overhaul / Refurbishment
ZAC thoroughly
cleans and replaces all worn or damaged
components, such as bearings, sprockets,
chains and wear strips.
This level of maintenance may include
an upgrade to your electrical system.
The end result will restore the machine
nearly identical to the original OEM
specifications.
Machine Retrofits
Current
equipment can be elevated with a system or
feature that was not part of the original OEM
specifications.
This might include an innovation
developed after the original machine purchase.
ZAC’s talented engineers will provide
a thorough assessment of the requested
requirements, compared to the machines current
capabilities before designing and integrating
a system that best satisfies the needs of the
application.
Machine Upgrades
By enhancing
equipment with a system or feature that was
not original OEM specifications, the resulting
system will provide operational capabilities
that exist on new equipment.
For example, replacing an outdated
mechanical feature with a state-of-the-art
device could provide new benefits such as
better efficiency and higher productivity.
Services & After-Market Support
ZAC’s
qualified technicians are available for
preventive maintenance, installations,
conversions, updates and training.
ZAC is also qualified to perform
machine audits.
ZAC promises to respond within 24 hours
or less, whether the issue is mechanical,
electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic.
