Z Automation Company is pleased to introduce the latest innovation in
flexible case loading, with the CP15 24RI, a Robotic Case Packing System.
This machine takes flexible case packing to a whole new level by building on its innovative robotic product handling and flexibility while employing line buffering in the system.

The use of the dual robotic cells combined with ZAC’s unique design offers end users with a versatile end of line solution for case packing a wide range of products.
ZAC’s dual robotic case packing system serves two key advantages:

1) Its infeed design provides product lane dividing and collation to achieve multiple pack patterns and carton stacking configurations, and

2) A unique product buffering system prevents line stoppages of primary equipment when downstream equipment goes down.

This Gen III servo-controlled system is user friendly and offers fast, tool-less changeovers in ten minutes or less with minimal tweaking or adjustments.

Combining this system with the latest advances in packaging automation provides a modular mechanical and electrical design.
